The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, while the informant was returning from Manikpur to Parroo by motorcycle, in the way, the miscreants intercepted him and snatched away his motorcycle. It has been submitted that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17-11-2022. He has remained in custody for five and half months. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. The trial is not likely to be concluded in near future. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15181 of 2023(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 the petitioner has transpired in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. The petitioner has not been put on TIP to ascertain his participation in the alleged offence.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019.
