Petitioner is accused in connection with Main P.S. Case No.13 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 435, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. and section 17 C.L.A. Act The allegation has been made that earlier the extremists on the Letter Head of moist, demanded levy and started demand of extortion of money through mobile no. 7250259653 and later on, they entered into the premises and took away valuable items of the informant.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51020 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused Suresh Yadav. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Main P.S. Case No.13 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
