This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the statement made in paragraph no.7 to this bail application that the petitioner is a student of graduation and awaiting the result of the examination, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court
