JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that she had applied for the post of Panchayat Teacher for Basuara Panchayat in Madhubani district and despite the fact that the informant had more marks than petitioner, the petitioner got herself appointed on the basis of submitting forged marks sheet.

In view of nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
