In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to act in light of the order dated 16.04.2017 issued by the Circle Officer, Ismilepur, DistrictBhagalpur and to direct the respondents to issue fresh rent receipt in the name of the petitioner.
In the opinion of this Court, this writ petition is
Patna High Court CWJC No.337 of 2018(2) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 misconceived as the prayer of the petitioner is to execute the order of the Circle Officer.
