The limited prayer of the petitioner in this application is for a direction to the learned Court below to dispose Title Suit No. 80 of 2006 expeditiously.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit was filed by the petitioner-plaintiff in the year 2006 for declaration of title and for setting aside the sale deed, but despite lapse of 16 years, the suit is still pending.

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.950 of 2018(4) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 Taking into consideration the submission made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, and the fact that the suit is pending for the last 16 years, I request the learned Trial Court to dispose the suit as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
