This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pandaul P.S. Case No.285 of 2024 registered for the offence under section 30(a), 38(1) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 330 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4.

Considering the huge recovery of liquor from the house of the petitioner, I do not find that it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks regular bail. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular
