2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420 120(B) IPC registered in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014, arising out of Complaint Case No. 26796 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the petitioner expresses his readiness to pay the amount of Rs.25,000/- plus Rs. 25,000/- said to have been received in his two Bank accounts on 16.04.2015 and 19.04.2015 respectively.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50767 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Satya Priya Anand, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014, arising out of Complaint Case No. 26796 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with the additional condition that the petitioner deposits the amount of Rs. 50,000/- before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, which shall be subject to final result of the trial.
