The following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner :
1(i) For directing and commanding the respondent authorities specially to respondent No.10 to accept the petitioner's joining properly at her post from the date of submission of her petition for joining after obtaining fitness certificate i.e. 16.1.2017 and allow her to make entry in teachers attendance register of the Govt. upgraded middle school Ratwal (Kanya) and to pay consequential
Patna High Court CWJC No.11030 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 benefits.
Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a statutory appeal for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Bettiah, West Champaran within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
