The learned counsel for the Patliputra University, Dr. Anand Kumar and the learned counsel for the State, Ms. Shilpa Singh, GA-12, assisted by Ms. Abhanjali, are also present.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the respondent authorities.
