It has been alleged that having been received confidential information regarding storage of country made wine (Nepali origin) under the heap of straw by Rambali Das, Sudhir Das and Suraj Kumar, a raid was conducted and during course thereof one person Rambali Das was apprehended while two persons, namely, Sudhir Das and Suraj Kumar managed to escape. Furthermore, on search 20 bags were taken out and during search thereof each bags having four cartons and each containing 30 bottles. So altogether 720 litres of wine (Nepali origin) has been seized. Case No.111 of 2019.
