Petitioner is accused in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 G.R. No. 1640/15 registered under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C. and 2(E), 3 (8), 15, 18 of Mahua Flower Act.

The accusation is that on search of a vehicle bearing no. BR 3G-9515, which was being driven by petitioner Sanjay Sao, 71 bags, each containing 40 kgs. mahua, was recovered and on query, no satisfactory reply was given. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that admittedly, petitioner is driver of the truck and he has no concern about the loaded mahua flower. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, G.R. No. 1640 of 2015.
