The petitioner in this case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 713 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Since the liquors have been allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner, in view of the Hon'ble Full Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2019(2) PLJR 1089 this anticipatory bail application cannot be maintained.

The application is dismissed.
