Case No. 257 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7/8 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Allegation as per F.I.R., petitioners were arrested while working unauthorizedly at the R.T.P.S. Centre, Kochas. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are falsely been implicated in this case with an ulterior motive, not a single evidence has on record in the present case. They are in custody since 29.11.2019 and they are ready to abide all terms and conditions which is imposed upon

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the Vigilance who has opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna, in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 257 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with further condition that they will co-operate with the investigation and if the charge-sheet has submitted they will also co-operate in the disposal of the trial also.
