JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Twenty one ATM cards are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that one person fled away from the place of occurrence, when police reached there and as a matter of fact, the aforesaid person threw the aforesaid ATM cards but petitioner has been roped in this case by police. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 27-05-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
