JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(a) To direct the respondent no. 5 to pay the compensation for demolished residential house of petitioner situated at Mauza-Varuna, Thana No. 113, Khata No. 67, Plot no. 463, Area-3 decimal illegally vide Encroachment Case no.

18/2021-22 who ignoring the objection filed by petitioner outrightly treating it Plot no. 463.

(b) or to direct the respondents to reconstruct the demolished residential

5 the C.O., Bihiya, Bhojpur.

(c) To direct the respondents to pay heavy compensation of illegal demolition of the residential house of petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
