The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 441 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant with spade.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that on account of dispute over tying the cow in front of the house, scuffle took place and there is case and counter case. Considering the fact that the dispute arose on the issue of tying the cow in which both sides have sustained injury and

No.7227 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 there is case and counter case, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 441 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
