2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65911 of 2019 seeking extension of time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by the petitioners before the learned Court below in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 356 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that due to communication gap between the petitioners and the office of learned counsel, the petitioners fail to furnish bail bonds in terms of aforesaid order dated 04.11.2019.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. For the reasons stated in the modification petition,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9767 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 the time granted to the petitioners for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned Court below in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 356 of 2018 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
