2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 372 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(1), 351(2) & 2 109(1), 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged

No.9767 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/3 date of occurrence, when the informant's son was going to field to do work, the petitioners along with other accused persons stopped him and started abusing him. On protest, petitioner, namely, Ram Bilas Yadav with the help of co-accused Sripat Yadav caught his son. Allegation against petitioner no. 5 is that he assaulted him with bricks. Petitioner no. 3 was carrying weapons. Petitioner nos. 2 & 4 assaulted him by fists and kick blows due to which he sustained injuries on eye and nose. It is further alleged that they took Rs. 25,000/- from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that both the sides are agnates. The F.I.R. has been lodged against 8 named accused persons. Allegation against the petitioner nos. 2 & 4 is that they assaulted the informant's son by fists and kick. Petitioner no. 1 assaulted him by bricks. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the impugned order, it has been mentioned that there are four injuries except injury no. 1 i.e. 'pain and swelling at nasal bridge region' which is grievous in nature and rest injuries are simple in nature. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 372 of 2024, they will be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge -IV - cum- A.C.J.M.-IV, Begusarai subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
