Looking at the nature of the order, which was finally passed in L.P.A. on 14.05.2018, we fail to understand as to why review application has been filed when the Court was of the opinion that even a case for appeal was not made out as such. However, liberty was given to the petitioner to assail the decision dated 09.01.2018 which had been taken by the Municipal Corporation.

No case for review is made out and there is no error apparent which emerges from the detailed submission made on

Patna High Court C. REV. No.172 of 2018(2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 behalf of the petitioner.

Review application is dismissed.
