The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 446 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10156 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 504, 506, 379, 427 and 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners and other coaccused is that they started mar-pit, loot and riot and they created nuisance in the society.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. There is specific allegation against co-accused Imran Khan and Devanand Das. He further submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 446 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
