JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In huge quantity, bottles of foreign liquor, were recovered from a Bolero jeep, which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of alleged recovery. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 10-05-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif.
