That this is an application for issuance of the appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the Gair Mazarua Khas Land situated under Mauza-Mahadeo Math, Thana no. 64, Khata no. 256, Plot no. 1984, which has been encroached by the Respondent Nos. 5 to 7.

At the outset, the leaned counsel for the petitioner
