This writ application has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs commanding the respondent concerned to pay the amount of the petitioner relating to retiral benefits and other service benefit comprising monetary benefit arising from grant of 3rd ACP and the arrears of salary to which he is entitled as he superannuated from the post of revenue clerk (Rajaswa Karmchari) with effect from 01-04-2015 together with interest at the market rate as due

Patna High Court CWJC No.18801 of 2017(3) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 to the negligence and lapses on the part of the respondent concerned, the petitioner has been deprived from getting the said financial benefits in time.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that except the salary of the strike period of 83 days, most of the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondent. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file/make a representation in respect of remaining grievances before the competent authority who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing/making of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
