In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1811 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 504/34 of the Indian penal Code but cognizance has been taken under Sections 420, 467, 468, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner has purchased the property, in question, from Ganga Devi, accused no.1, in a valuable consideration of amount without knowing the fact that she had
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9297 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 already sold the said property to another person i.e. Ramakant Mishra-complainant.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner himself is the purchaser of the property, let the above-named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1811 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
