The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48716 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to mistake, the police station address of the petitioner has been typed as 'P.S. Samastipur' in place of 'P.S. Musarighrari'. The order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48716 of 2019 is corrected and police station address of the petitioner be read as 'P.S. Musarighrari' in place of 'P.S. Samastipur'.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the modification petition is allowed.
