"i. For quashing the order bearing Memo No. 581 Patna dated 26.03.2019 (Annexure- P/3) issued by the Respondent No. 5 whereby and whereunder the representation filed by the Petitioner before the Respondent No. 2 pursuant to order dated 23.04.2018 passed in CWJC NO. 14902 of 2008 (Annexure-P/1) has been rejected on basis of conjuctures and surmises. ii. For direction to the Respondents concerned to grant the Petitioner the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2831 of 2022(3) dt.03-04-2026 2/2 statutory/monetary benefits of Junior Selection Grade with effect from May, 1985 instead of September, 1985. iii. For direction to the Respondents concerned to grant the Petitioner the claim for the Senior Selection Grade with effect from 01.05.1989. iv. For direction to the Respondents concerned to pay with statutory interest the Travel Allowance of Rs. 8335/ to the Petitioner which has been duly sanctioned by the Respondent No. 6 vide letter no. 1594 dated 27.10.2004.

v. For direction to the Respondents concerned to grant the Petitioner the scale of the Post of Director, Institute of Prakrit Jainology and Ahimsa, Vaishali at Hajipur from 31.01.1992 to 31.12.2000. vi. For payment of statutory interest under the aforesaid amounts which has not been paid to the Petitioner till date.

vii. The Petitioner further prays for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for the following relief/reliefs which he is entitled to in the fact and circumstances of the present case."
