Mrs.Meena Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 596 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the discloser made by one Om Prakash, who was apprehended by the police in the present case. He also submits that the petitioner is in the business of Kabadi and nothing was recovered either from his house or from his Kabadi shop.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7215 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 596 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
