Report regarding the stage of trial has been received. From the report it reveals that the case has not been committed as yet and chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 01 of 2005 which was earlier rejected vide order dated 27.5.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17163 of 2014 on the ground that the case has not been committed as yet.

Considering the fact that the stage of the case has not been changed, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. The court below is directed to commit the case of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49548 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 petitioner at once for trial.
