The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P. S. Case No. 211 of 2018 dated 28.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of confession of a co-accused person. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused in three other cases at the instance of the same person, who has named him in the present case. In all other
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10493 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 cases, the petitioner has been granted bail.
It has been submitted that the petitioner earns his livelihood in Banglore.
Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P. S. Case No. 211 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U
