24-11-2015 Heard Sri Prafull Chandra Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner, who is in custody in Triveniganj P.S. Case no. 130 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is true that there is accusation against the petitioner that he gave sword blow, but by such injury, the injured person has not died. However, one another person had died. He further submits that opinion in respect of injury caused by the petitioner is still awaited. On aforesaid ground, a prayer has been made for granting bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
