The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The application for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 25.09.2019 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47739 of 2019.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Vikash Kumar was enlarged on bail on 07.08.2019 (Annexure-3) after remaining in custody for about nine months. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2019 (wrongly mentioned as 25.05.2019 in the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9775 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 dated 25.09.2019). As such, it is submitted that petitioner has also remained in custody for about 10 months. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S.
