Informant Rameshwar Choudhary, after giving information about absence of his son Manoj Choudhary, who was residing at village Tipao, came to his place where he found his daughter-inlaw Rita Devi. On query, she gave evasive reply as well as also locked room where upon, he suspected and then gone to the place of Sarpanch, who came and then forced her to unlock the room. Thereafter, the dead body of his son Manoj Choudhary having injury over his neck. It is also apparent from the case diary that some sort complain of illicit relationship has been narrated by the witnesses in between Rita Devi along with the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49315 of 2014 (3) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 However, none has claimed to have seen the occurrence nor even to the extent that on fateful day they have seen the petitioner at the place of occurrence.

Accordingly, the petitioner Md. Mustaque Ansari @ Md. Mustava is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazir Ganj P.S.Case No. 277/2014.
