In this case, the petitioners are submitting that they are holding Class-III posts and they are entitled for promotion to the post of Labour Enforcement Officer and in this regard they have already filed a representation before the Labour Commissioner, Department of Labour, Bihar, Patna, which is still pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will file a fresh detailed representation before the Labour Commissioner, Department of Labour, Bihar, Patna, for consideration of their cases for promotion to the post of Labour Enforcement Officer.

If the petitioners file representation before the

It is clarified that this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
