01-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner and co-accused Raushan Sah was rejected, vide order dated 11.11.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 28401 of 2020.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail, but no fresh ground has been made out by the petitioner for reconsideration of his prayer for bail.

Regard being had to allegation made in F.I.R., this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and same stands dismissed.
