The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, it is stated that on the instigation of this petitioner, co-accused Ajay Yadav fired on the husband of the informant causing fire arm injury in his abdomen.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to oblique reasons which would be evident from the contents of the FIR itself. The petitioner who is a lady is in custody since 25.10.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. She

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the allegation of firing as per the FIR is on co-accused Ajay Yadav together with the petitioner who is a lady having remained in custody for over 1 year since 25.10.2021 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case no. 163 of 2017 (ST no. 143A/2021) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IX, Begusarai. (Partha Sarthy, J) Spd/- U T
