2. It appears that petitioner has lost in an encroachment proceeding. He has also lost in the encroachment case.

3. He has tried his luck in this Court twice by filing writ petitions which were withdrawn. Now he has filed a title suit and submits that demolition should be stayed during pendency of the title suit.

4. If the petitioner has filed a title suit, he has and he had liberty to file an injunction petition for that he does not require any order of this Court. If and when he files any injunction application that shall be considered by the District Court.
