JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the respondents no. 2 and 3 with regard to this grievance pertaining to upgradation of his pay scale and the concerned authority be directed to dispose of the same in a specific time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file his representation regarding his grievance pertaining to the upgradation of pay scale within a period of four weeks from today before the respondents no. 2 and 3 and the said respondents shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19111 of 2017 (2) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 It is made clear that if any upgradation is found acceptable by the said authorities, the consequential benefits would be given to the petitioner within four weeks of the passing of the favourable order.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
