2. It transpires from letter no. 480 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025, as issued from the office of District and Addl. Sessions Judge III, Jhanjharpur, that the trial of this case be concluded within four months.

3. Accused petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2023 and upon perusal of report, it transpires that till date eight prosecution witnesses were examined and remaining prosecution witnesses are namely Brahamdeo Mahto (informant), Lalan Kumar Mahto (witness), I.O. and doctor.

4. Considering aforesaid progress of trial Mr. Anshul learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to renew the prayer of bail after four months, if occasion arises.

5. Request allowed.

6. Considering aforesaid, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, however with aforesaid liberty.

7. Taking note of aforesaid report qua progress of trial, S.P., Madhubani is directed to secure the examination of all remaining four witnesses positively within next two months.

8. Let copy of this order be sent to S.P., Madhubani for its compliance.
