Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses named the petitioner on the basis of suspicion and after that petitioner was arrested and made his confessional statement. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has been put on T.I.P as yet. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
