2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mashrakha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dhannu Kumar @ Dhannu except which there is no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. The motor-cycle said to be stolen property was recovered from the possession of the said co-accused Dhannu Kumar @ Dhannu and no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. However, considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner who had three cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit
