Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.187 of 2018 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are falsely been implicated in this case and there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners, nothing specific attributed against them. Further submits that petitioner no.1 lodged a case on 04.07.2018, two months before filing of the present case i.e. Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.187 of 2018 dated 03.09.2018.

No.8474 of 2019(5) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.187 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,IInd, Siwan subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
