The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.08.2019. He further submits that in the instant case one country made pistol, one live cartridge and one used cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
