Case No. 91 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioners is of assault to the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general allegation against the petitioners whereas specific allegation is against one Bhola Nonia, who has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 17.8.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 31677 of 2019 and petitioners are in custody since 6.12.2019.

In view of the fact that co-accused has been granted bail, let petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018.
