The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 376 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner committed rape with the minor daughter of the informant. It is submitted that the occurrence is of 18.07.2013 at 7.0 p.m. but the complaint petition was filed on the same day from which it appears that the present case is false one. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner committed rape with the mentally retarded daughter of the informant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 31

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50416 of 2014 (4) dt.22-06-2015 of 2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. This application for grant of anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
