The petitioner is accused in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014 registered under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner along with two others was apprehended by the Police. In that course, one country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, while one loaded country made pistol with mobile was recovered from Rahul Sinha, who disclosed about his connection with other co-accused Bindu Singh.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2014, while he has been made accused by the Police in two other cases, but in both

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49785 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 two cases, he is on bail. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist class, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014 (G.R. No. 3596 of 2014). Out of two sureties one surety must be the parent of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
