Present case has been lodged on the basis of complaint petition which was filed on 28.11.2012 in respect of an occurrence which is said to have taken place on 19.11.2012. Moreover according to the prosecution case itself, victim returned to his home on 21.11.2012 but even then the present case was lodged after seven days of return of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
