The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that in-laws of the victim and other family members were demanding buffalo, cash amounting to Rs.1,00,000/- including a golden chain. When the demand was not fulfilled the victim has been put to death by strangulation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law and he is aged about 65 years. It is not a case of strangulation but the victim has died natural

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49903 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 death. Petitioner is in custody since 6.5.2015. Looking to the age of the petitioner, not otherwise, let petitioner, Raja Ram Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015.
