The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2013 registered under Sections 498A and 304B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the victim and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, though, cause of death of the victim by burn injury and victim died in the hospital. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Bhawanipur P. S. Case No. 95 of 2013, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case. m.p.
