JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 14.12.2021 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc No. 200 of 2021. The petitioner was directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12267 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 due to ailment of the petitioner, he could not surrender before the court below within stipulated period.

The period for surrender before the court below is extended for four weeks from today subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. With these observations, the modification petition is allowed.
